Doctor Juan I. Castillo was born and raised in Miami and completed his undergraduate degree at Clemson University. Shortly after, Dr. Castillo pursued his life-long dream of becoming a dentist and continued on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at Howard University in Washington, DC. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Castillo was accepted into one of the most highly competitive Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency programs in the country through the University of Florida. During his residency training, Dr. Castillo developed his passion for delivering high-quality dentistry, alongside an excellent patient experience.
Dr. Castillo has now been practicing dentistry for over 10 years and is highly skilled in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry. He has completed hundreds of smile makeover cases and works closely with an exceptional laboratory that creates beautiful porcelain restorations for Hollywood celebrities and athletes throughout the country. Dr. Castillo leads our “dream team” of likeminded individuals, committed to high-quality dentistry, top-notch service, and ethical standards—always keeping the best interest of each individual at heart. Dr. Castillo is highly skilled in a wide range of dental treatments and procedures, from porcelain veneers and complete smile makeovers, to root canals, extractions, crowns, Invisalign, cosmetic removable dentures, and Botox treatments. Outside of the office, Dr. Castillo enjoys spending time with his wife, and two beautiful daughters. He enjoys motorcycles, sports and boxing, paddle boarding, traveling, and spending quality time on the beach with his family.
Dr. Bruna brings over 8 years of experience to the world of dentistry, blending her passion for science, art, and human connection. Originally inspired by the power of dentistry to relieve pain, restore function, and transform confidence, she pursued advanced training in both general and aesthetic dentistry. Dr. Bruna is a firm believer in lifelong learning and has completed numerous certifications in cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, digital diagnostics, and full-face aesthetic treatments, including Botox and dermal fillers.
Her patient-first, holistic philosophy is at the heart of Atelier Smiles, where she offers luxurious, personalized care in a warm, welcoming space. Dr. Bruna has volunteered on global outreach trips and community initiatives, bringing compassionate care to underserved populations.
Dr. Bruna is an active member of professional dental organizations and is passionate about continuing education. Her mission is simple: treat every patient like family—and help them smile with confidence.
